Since last 1months we are facing frequent internet disconnection issues almost every alternate day at periodic intervals. We have lodged numerous complaints, sent complaint letters; also met your officials couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists. We have been given a number of reasons for the frequent disconnection viz. Earthen issue, server problem, request time out, ADSL issues etc. Our entire official work gets disrupted due to internet disconnections.

I am really fed up of your services because when I went to complain about my connection which was not working properly from last so many days there was no action taken on my complaints.
